Daphne on the Move!

We're way behind on posting what's new around here, but here's the biggest news since we had her...Daph is walking!

Here is her progress two weeks since her first steps. Still a little wobbly here and there, but another week from now we'll probably need a leash!

And here are a few more milestones from the Spring that have yet to make it to the blog:

Daphne's first birthday (April 28) - Some friends and family came by for a BBQ and cake. Daphne didn't manage to take her morning nap, so was not quite up to a party, but isn't that just the way it goes?






















Daphne's first Easter - We flew back to South Carolina to see Jonathan's family for a week. We even had an Easter Egg Hunt on the front lawn. I think that was more fun for Jonathan, frankly, but regardless she got her first taste of Peeps -- the most sugary non-food piece of food she's ever encountered!



































Daphne's First Flight - Her first flight was compliments of United. Meaning, Kirstin had spent enough money on her credit card that we all flew for free! Whooopeeee!





Daphne's SECOND Mother's Day with us - I'm not entirely sure we have a picture to document this one...but its a first in that its her SECOND anything. :-)
